我厂一台Y4-73-11№22D型引风机运行时,叶轮曾经常振动(表现为轴承振动),经平衡后,运行数百小时振动仍超过允许的数值。经多次观察测量,该种振动具有周期性的冲击。每当振幅摆动时,蜗壳内伴随有不正常的气流噪音,经分析这是一种声学共振现象。虽经采用常规的消振措施,但未取得明显的效果,后在导向风门与集流器之间加装脊鳍装置,风机叶轮即运转平稳,消除了轴承振动的周期性冲击现象,蜗壳内气流的冲击噪音也消失了,收到了良好的效果。下面将这台引风机的运行情况及加装脊鳍消振装置作简单介绍,并对此消振措施从理论上作肤浅的说明。
