一、电加热器的结构与设计红外线电加热器可用于大型焊件焊后消除应力的局部退火热处理和焊前预热。我厂试制并已投入批量生产的红外线电加热器结构如图1所示。在图1中,(1)为热辐射面,采用0.8×32(mm)的合金电阻带,材料为0Cr25A15。电阻带上表面涂复三氧化二铁,以增加其表面辐射系数,下表面涂复氧化铝,以减小其表面辐射系数。(2)为陶瓷纤维绝热材料,最高耐温1250℃。为减小热量损失,在陶瓷纤维下面
