目的:探讨N端脑利钠肽原(N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide,NT-proBNP)在捂热综合征(infant muggy syn-drome,IMS)患儿中的变化及其临床意义。方法:分别测定38例确诊为IMS患儿急性期的血浆NT-proBNP和肌酸激酶MB同工酶(CK-MB)水平,并测定35例健康对照组的NT-proBNP和CK-MB水平行比较。结果:IMS患儿血浆NT-proBNP和CK-MB水平明显高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:血浆NT-proBNP水平在IMS急性期显著升高,尤其是心肌损伤患儿升高更明显,有助于IMS心肌损害诊断。
Objective: To investigate the changes and clinical significance of N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) in infants with infant muggy syn-drome (IMS). Methods: The plasma levels of NT-proBNP and creatine kinase MB isoenzyme (CK-MB) in 38 patients diagnosed as IMS at acute stage were measured, and the levels of NT-proBNP and CK-MB in 35 healthy controls were measured Compare Results: The plasma levels of NT-proBNP and CK-MB in IMS children were significantly higher than those in healthy controls (P <0.01). Conclusion: Plasma NT-proBNP level increased significantly during the acute phase of IMS. Especially in children with myocardial injury, the level of NT-proBNP increased more obviously, which is helpful for the diagnosis of myocardial damage.
