同志们: 这次会议,是为贯彻国务院安全生产电视电话会议和公安部及国家安全生产监督管理局联合召开的全国预防道路交通事故工作会议而召开的,也是我省公安机关首次与省安全生产监督管理局联合召开会议。这次会议的宗旨是坚持事故预防,加强专项整治,遏止事故上升趋势,积极推动建立“政府领导、各部门负责、全社会参与”的防范交通事故新机制。下面我就去年道路交通安全工作情况,存在的主要问题及今年的交通事故预防工作讲几点意见。
Comrades: This meeting was held for the purpose of implementing the work conference on national road traffic accident prevention prevention jointly held by the State Council’s safety television conference call and the Ministry of Public Security and the State Administration of Work Safety. It is also the first time that a public security organ Supervision and Administration jointly held a meeting. The purpose of this meeting is to uphold accident prevention and strengthen special rectification to curb the upward trend of accidents and actively promote the establishment of a new mechanism to prevent traffic accidents that is “led by the government, responsible for all departments and involved with the whole society.” Now I will talk about the road traffic safety work last year, the main problems and the traffic accident prevention work this year.
