工程设计中的可靠性问题日益受到设计人员的重视。但文献上均从强度条件出发来讨论的,笔者认为对于刚度有明确要求的一类设计,还是讨论刚度可靠性为适宜。本文从蠕变着手来讨论刚度可靠性问题。文中分析了蠕变时的失效机理,提出了拉杆和梁不同的失效分布形式,通过计算可靠度寿命,可对刚度可靠性的计算和设计方法有一初步了解,并对蠕变的失效和安全性有更进一步识识。
Reliability issues in engineering design are increasingly valued by designers. However, the literature has been discussed from the strength conditions. The author believes that for a class of designs with a clear requirement for stiffness, it is appropriate to discuss stiffness reliability. This paper discusses the reliability of stiffness from creep. This paper analyzes the failure mechanism during creep and puts forward the different failure distribution forms of tie bars and beams. By calculating the reliability life, a preliminary understanding of stiffness reliability calculation and design methods is available, and the failure and safety of creep are discussed.
