课堂讨论经常用,但几个人为一组,常见的情况各不同:有的是全班性的嗡嗡嗡,有的是前后桌的四人会,更多的是同桌间的私语声。从讨论的深度及效果看,谁也听不清的全班嗡嗡不足取,四人相向的中心发言有缺陷,最常见、最自然的同桌组也有不少弊端:或因男女有别不愿合作,或因同属粘液质内向少言,也有许多时候因二人基础均差而只有保持沉默。究竟几人一组为好? 笔者体会,课堂讨论最好三人一组。 首先,三人组的参与机率高。课堂讨论要力求广泛性,要尽可能让每一位同学参与,这是提高讨论质量的前提。按三人分组,当一人发言时,另两人都有机会
