我国新一轮抽水蓄能电站规划选点工作基本完成,22个省(区)共规划59个站点,总装机7 705万kW。从2010年4月至2013年9月,水电水利规划设计总院陆续完成了22省(市、自治区)抽水蓄能电站选点规划的审查工作。截至2013年底国家能源局已批复福建、海南、陕西、辽宁等22个省(市、自治区)抽水蓄能选点规划。共批复2020年推荐站点59个,合计装机容量7 705万kW,备选站点7个,合计装机容量760万kW。按照水电发展“十二五”规划,“十二五”时期将开工抽水蓄能电站4 000万kW,到2020年抽水蓄能电站总装机将达到7 000万kW,本轮抽水蓄能选点规划工作的顺利完成为“十二五”水电发展目标的实现奠定了良好的基础。
China’s new round of pumped storage power station planning and selection of the basic work completed, 22 provinces (autonomous regions) planned a total of 59 sites with a total installed capacity of 77.5 million kW. From April 2010 to September 2013, the Hydropower & Water Resources Planning and Design Institute successively completed the review of the planning of the selection of pumped-storage power stations in 22 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions). As of the end of 2013, the National Energy Administration has approved the pumped-storage point planning of 22 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) in Fujian, Hainan, Shaanxi and Liaoning. A total of 59 sites were recommended for approval in 2020, with a total installed capacity of 77.5 million kW and 7 alternative sites with a total installed capacity of 7.6 million kW. According to the plan of hydropower development during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period, 40MW of pumped-storage power plants will be started during the “12th Five-Year Plan” period, and the total installed capacity of pumped-storage power plants will reach 70 million kW by 2020. This round of pumping The successful completion of the planning of energy storage points laid a good foundation for the realization of the hydropower development goals during the 12th Five-Year Plan period.
