运用免疫组化ABC技术,在光镜和电镜下观察了含神经肽Y(NPY)神经纤维在幼年、成年和老年3个不同年龄组SD大鼠心传导系的分布情况及其年龄变化。结果表明:大鼠心窦房结区和房室结区有非常丰富的NPY神经纤维分布,除了大量单根游离的神经纤维外,尚有密集的神经纤维束、丛、网存在,结区的神经分布密度明显高于周围普通心肌区。随着动物的衰老,心传导系NPY神经纤维的形态、结构和分布特征发生了明显变化,密度趋于减低,提示对心脏的支配减弱。
Immunohistochemistry (ABC) technique was used to observe the distribution of NPY nerve fibers and the age distribution of SD rats in three different age groups (juvenile, adult and old) under light and electron microscopes. The results showed that there were abundant NPY nerve fibers distributed in the atrial node area and atrioventricular node of the rat heart. In addition to a large number of single free nerve fibers, there were dense nerve fiber bundles, plexuses and meshes in the junction area Nerve distribution density was significantly higher than the surrounding normal myocardium. With the aging of animals, the shape, structure and distribution of cardiac conduction NPY nerve fibers changed significantly, the density tended to decrease, suggesting that the control over the heart weakened.
