《导游业务》实施情境体验教学,一方面帮助学生掌握导游基本知识,提高导游服务技能;另一方面,帮助掌握导游服务的基本方法,能够走进情境感悟体验导游工作,渗透责任意识的教育,培养起导游的职业素养。本文以导游服务典型工作案例《游客走失》为例,探讨情境体验教学法的运用,通过创设“旅游事故焦点访谈”节目情境,采用学生主持、模拟节目、追踪采访等方式,对课程知识点进行分析与整合,让学生在情境中体验、感悟与提升。教学实践证明,情境体验教学法在知识运用、情感、态度价值观的建立实施上有较理想的教学效果。

This paper, taking the typical case of tourist guide loss as a case study, discusses the application of situational experiential pedagogy. Through the creation of the “interview focus on tourism accident” program situation, the author uses the methods of student moderator, simulation program and follow- Point analysis and integration, so that students experience in the context, perception and promotion. The teaching practice proves that the situational experience teaching method has an ideal teaching effect in the establishment and implementation of knowledge use, emotion and attitude values.
