韵律活动由舞蹈、体操(健美操)、音乐等元素构成。韵律活动体现了人们在力量、柔韧、协调、节奏感、审美及表现力等方面的综合能力。韵律活动已成为学校文体、艺术教育的一个重要组成部分。随着体育新课程标准的全面落实,我校针对“保证学生每天一小时体育活动时间”的要求,积极实施体育大课间活动。本人通过实践研究,发现韵律活动在体育大课间活动中,起到了非常重要的作用。
Rhythm activities by the dance, gymnastics (aerobics), music and other elements. Rhythmic activity reflects people’s comprehensive ability in strength, flexibility, coordination, rhythm, aesthetic and expressiveness. Prosodic activities have become an integral part of school style and art education. With the full implementation of the new sports curriculum standards, our school actively implements the activities during the big sports class in response to the requirement of “ensuring the students’ one-hour sports activities per day”. Through practical research, I found that rhythm activities played a very important role in the activities of big class in physical education.
