以茎瘤芥种植地区常见的农田杂草酢浆草为供体植物,以3个茎瘤芥品种(“永安小叶”、“涪杂2号”和“涪杂5号”)作为受体植物,采用室内生物测定方法,测定比较了酢浆草不同浓度水浸液处理3个茎瘤芥品种种子的发芽率、根长、茎长和鲜质量,以明确酢浆草对茎瘤芥的化感作用。结果表明:不同浓度的酢浆草浸提液对3个茎瘤芥品种种子萌发和幼苗生长均有明显的化感效应,高浓度的浸提液显著抑制茎瘤芥的生长与发育,且随着水浸液浓度的升高其抑制作用增强;不同茎瘤芥品种对酢浆草化感作用的敏感程度不同,由强到弱依次为“涪杂5号”、“涪杂2号”、“永安小叶”;该试验为酢浆草入侵地区茎瘤芥栽培品种的选择和抗杂草新品种的筛选培育提供了科学参考依据。

The high concentration of extracts significantly inhibited the growth and development of the tumorous mustard, The sensitivity of different tuberous and mustard varieties to the allelochemical of Sorrel was different from strong to weak in the order of ”Fu 5“, ”Fu 2“ ”“, ”Wing “ leaflet ”; This experiment provides the scientific reference basis for the selection of cultivars of stem tumor mustard and the screening and breeding of new weed resistant varieties in the invasion area of oxalic grass.
