2004年,经过全县上下的共同努力,我县实现了县域经济持续健康发展。2005年,我县经济工作发展的主要目标是:地方生产总值增长11%,规模以上工业产值增长28%,工业增加值增长15%,社会消费品零售总额增长12%,全社会固定资产投资增长20%,财政一般预算收入增长11%(其中工商税收增长15%),实际利用县外资金增长20%,城镇居民人均可支配收入增长8%,农民人均纯收入增长6%,人口自然增长率控制在6.5‰以内,全县城镇化率达到20.6%。围绕上述目标,着力在以下三个方面努力:一、大力推进“三化”进程一是加速推进工业化。坚持“抓大放小,引大引
