试验应用部分双列杂交中的轮回设计,选用11个亲本,配制22个组合进行研究。结果表明,F1皮棉产量及其组分均有一定中亲优势和竞争优势,其中皮棉产量正向优势组合率分别达95.5%和86.4%,最大优势分别为50.23%和37.18%,纤维品质优势不明显;在F1中,单铃重与皮棉产量为遗传正相关,且显著,纤维品质与皮棉产量的遗传负相关已不同程度的被打破;对皮棉产量直接作用较大的性状为衣分、单株铃数、比强度、且遗传力也较高;单株铃数、单铃重相对遗传进度较高。
In the experiment, we designed a round of crosses in partial double crosses and selected 11 parents to prepare 22 combinations. The results showed that both the yield and its components of F1 lint had some pro-dominant and competitive advantages. The positive combination rate of lint yield reached 95.5% and 86.4%, respectively, with the biggest advantages of 50.23% and 37 .18%, fiber quality advantage is not obvious; in F1, single boll weight and lint yield is genetically positively correlated, and significant, fiber quality and lint yield genetic negative correlation has been broken to varying degrees; a direct effect on lint yield Large traits of lint, bolls per plant, specific intensity, and heritability are also higher; bolls per plant, boll weight relative genetic progress higher.
