医疗保障资金关系到每一位公民的基本权益,关系着广大老百姓的切身利益,管好用好医疗保障资金具有十分重大的社会意义和影响。医疗保障资金在运行过程中,并没有表面上看到的那样顺利,其中仍然存在着各种各样的问题,阻碍着医疗保障资金的顺利运转。因此,如何加强医疗保障资金的监督与管理,提高资金的使用效率,确保医疗保障资金的平稳与安全运行,是资金管理部门面对的重大课题,也是每一位资金管理者需要时刻面临的挑战。
The funds for medical security are related to the basic rights and interests of every citizen and have an immediate bearing on the vital interests of the general public. It is of great social significance and impact to manage and make good use of medical security funds. During the operation of medical security funds, there is no smooth success as seen on the surface. Among them, various problems still remain, hindering the smooth running of the medical insurance funds. Therefore, how to strengthen the supervision and management of medical security funds, improve the efficiency of capital utilization and ensure the smooth and safe operation of medical security funds are the major topics that fund management departments face and the challenges that every fund manager needs to face at the moment .
