本文展开对经济师人力资源管理存在的问题及解决方法研究,其主要目的是为了了解当前经济师人力资源管理现状。在当前社会主义市场经济体制下,各企事业单位在发展中的竞争压力逐渐增大,企事业单位经济师的人力资源管理水平,逐渐成为影响其竞争力的重要因素。本篇文章主要对经济师人力资源管理中存在的问题进行分析,并通过对其问题及产生因素的探讨,提出解决其问题的相应措施。
In this paper, we study the existing problems and solutions of economist human resources management. The main purpose of this paper is to understand the current situation of human resources management in economists. Under the current socialist market economic system, the pressure of competition in the development of enterprises and institutions is gradually increasing. The level of human resource management of economists in enterprises and public institutions gradually becomes an important factor affecting their competitiveness. This article mainly analyzes the problems existing in the human resources management of economists and puts forward the corresponding measures to solve the problems by discussing the problems and the causes.
