试验研究了碳含量对低合金耐磨铸钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明:随着碳含量的增加,试验钢的硬度总体呈上升趋势,冲击韧度先升高后下降。显微组织由粒状贝氏体+M-A岛+铁素体逐渐向上贝氏体、马氏体、下贝氏体转变,同时出现少量的残余奥氏体。当碳含量为0.40%左右时,碳在钢中的效能得到最大发挥,钢的强韧匹配性最佳。
The effect of carbon content on the microstructure and properties of low alloy wear-resistant cast steel was studied experimentally. The results show that with the increase of carbon content, the hardness of the test steel generally shows an upward trend, and the impact toughness first increases and then decreases. Microstructure changes from graded bainite + M-A island + ferrite to upward bainite, martensite and lower bainite with a small amount of retained austenite. When the carbon content is about 0.40%, the efficiency of carbon in steel is maximized, and the tough matching of steel is the best.
