河北钢铁集团是于2008年6月由原唐钢和邯钢两大集团联合重组而成立的国有特大型钢铁企业,现有总资产2638亿元,员工14万人。2009年产钢4024万吨;实现营业收入1770亿元,利税70亿元,利润30亿元。集团拥有唐钢、邯钢、宣钢、承钢、舞钢、石钢、衡板、矿业、宣工、财达、销售、采购、国贸、物流等14个子(分)公司和钢铁技术研究总院、战略研究院两个研究机构。集团党委下设15个二级党委、146个三级党委和1411个党支部,在职党员31600人。
Hebei Iron and Steel Group is a state-owned large iron and steel enterprise established in June 2008 by a joint reorganization of the two major groups, Tangshan Iron and Handan Iron and Steel Group. The existing total assets of 263.8 billion yuan, employs 140,000 people. Steel produced 40.24 million tons in 2009; realized operating income of 177 billion yuan, profit tax of 7 billion yuan and profit of 3.0 billion yuan. The Group has 14 subsidiaries (sub-companies) such as Tangshan Iron and Steel, Handan Iron and Steel, Xuan Steel, Cheng Steel, Wugang, Shi Gang, Hengban, mining, Xuan Gong, Cuda, sales, procurement, Institute, Institute of Strategic Research two research institutions. There are 15 second-level party committees, 146 third-level party committees and 1,411 party branches in the group party committees and 31600 serving party members.
