一九八七年三月十六日至三月二十八日,我们访问了英国AE集团的七家工厂和AE发展总部,其间在Lymington的Wcllworthy公司和Braelforel的Hepworth和Grandage公司就活塞销的设计、毛坯生产、机械加工、热处理及表面处理、防锈包装、冷挤压技术、检测方法等进行了考察和咨询。现将考察咨询情况按活塞销的设计、加工工艺、质量控制及热处理等四部份分述如下。 一、活塞销的设计 1、材料 AE制造活塞销的材料较多,通常是根据活塞销承受负荷的情况及用户的要求来选择材质的。AE所用销子材料有十多种,其中有8种是常用的。具体牌号、化学成份（％）及用途如下:
From March 16 to March 28, 1987, we visited seven factories and AE development headquarters of the AE Group in the UK.
