本文介绍了稀土元素对固体渗硼的催渗作用。实验结果表明,在固体渗硼剂中加入稀土化合物有明显的催渗作用,可提高渗速20~30%和增加过渡区厚度,而硼化物层的显微硬度基本不变。
This article describes the rare earth elements on solid boron infiltration role. The experimental results show that the addition of rare earth compounds to the solid boriding agent has a significant effect of catalysis, which can increase the permeation rate by 20-30% and increase the thickness of the transition zone, while the microhardness of the boride layer is basically unchanged.
