介绍了全俄铁道科学研究院近年来为提高车轮轮箍的硬度和耐磨性所开展的研究工作。通过一系列试验和研究,他们开发出了轮箍整体表面淬火的新工艺。经装车试验表明,采用新工艺处理的轮箍的耐磨性和使用寿命有了显著的提高。
This paper introduces the research carried out by All-Russia Railway Academy in recent years to improve the hardness and wear resistance of wheel hubs. Through a series of experiments and studies, they developed a new process for the overall surface quenching of wheel hubs. The loading test shows that the wear resistance and service life of the wheel rim treated with the new process have been significantly improved.
