乘车行至北京南二环开阳桥附近,很快能从一片住宅楼群中看见一座椭圆形的庞大建筑,急驰的动车组列车不时从大圆球内风一般地穿出。这就是8月份刚刚启用的目前亚洲最大、现代化程度最高的火车站——新北京南站。占地49万平方米的新火车站,可容纳1万多人同时候车,每天10多万的客流将超过现在的北京西站和北京站。这无疑会为未来的南站附近商圈开启财富之门,也将给南城地产带来新的生机。
