目的构建Lewis肺癌C57BL/6小鼠皮下移植瘤模型,探讨转粒细胞/巨噬细胞-集落刺激因子基因瘤苗抑制Lewis肺癌的作用。方法 50只荷瘤小鼠随机分为5组,A组为生理盐水组,B组为顺铂组,C组为恩度组,D组为恩度与顺铂联用组,E组为瘤苗组,每组10只。观察各组小鼠的生存质量情况,描绘肿瘤生长曲线,称小鼠体质量及肿瘤质量,计算抑瘤率。结果治疗后第23天B,C,D,E组肿瘤体积、肿瘤质量均小于A组(P<0.05),D,E组小于B,C组(P<0.05),D组与E组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B,D,E组抑瘤率分别为32.19%,55.08%,54.30%,均高于C组(21.96%)(P<0.05);A,C,E组小鼠体质量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),A,C,E组大于B,D组(P<0.05),B组小于D组(P<0.05)。结论转粒细胞/巨噬细胞-集落刺激因子基因瘤苗对Lewis肺癌的抑瘤作用优于单用顺铂治疗,且不减轻小鼠体质量。
Objective To construct a subcutaneous xenograft model of Lewis lung carcinoma C57BL / 6 mice and explore the role of granulocyte-macrophage-colony stimulating factor vaccine in inhibiting Lewis lung carcinoma. Methods Fifty tumor-bearing mice were randomly divided into five groups: group A was treated with saline, group B was cisplatin, group C was Endostar, group D was Endostar combined with cisplatin, group E was tumor Miao group, each group of 10. Observe the quality of life in each group of mice, depicting the tumor growth curve, said the mouse body mass and tumor mass, calculate the inhibition rate. Results The tumor volume and tumor mass in groups B, C, D and E on day 23 after treatment were lower than those in group A (P <0.05), those in groups D and E were less than those in groups B and C (P <0.05) (P> 0.05). The inhibitory rates of tumors in groups B, D and E were 32.19%, 55.08% and 54.30%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in group C (21.96%, P <0.05) There was no significant difference in body weight between group E and group E (P> 0.05). Group A, C and E were more than group B and D (P <0.05), group B was less than group D (P <0.05). Conclusion The anti-tumor effect of granulocyte-macrophage-colony stimulating factor vaccine on Lewis lung cancer is better than cisplatin alone and does not reduce the body weight of mice.
