目的:研究益心口服液预处理对急性心肌缺血大鼠心血管的保护作用。方法:设假手术组、模型对照组、维拉帕米组、益心口服液组,建立急性心肌缺血模型。造模后2h 时采血测血浆内皮素( E T) 、降钙素基因相关肽( C G R P) 、循环内皮细胞( C E C) 计数,并进行心肌病理形态学观察。结果:益心口服液和维拉帕米均可降低急性心肌缺血大鼠血浆 E T( P< 005) 和 C E C( P< 001) 水平,减轻心肌病理形态学改变。维拉帕米组血浆 C G R P低于模型对照组( P< 005) 。益心口服液组和维拉帕米组间上述三指标无显著性差异。结论:益心口服液预处理可减轻心肌及血管内皮细胞损伤,调节急性心肌缺血时所发生的 E T、 C G R P分泌失衡。
Objective: To study the protective effect of Yixin oral liquid preconditioning on cardiovascular in acute myocardial ischemia rats. Methods: Acute myocardial ischemia model was established by sham-operation group, model control group, verapamil group and Yixin oral liquid group. Blood samples were taken for measurement of plasma endothelin (E T), calcitonin gene-related peptide (C G R P) and circulating endothelial cells (C E C) at 2 h after modeling. Cardiomyopathological examination was performed. Results: Yixin oral liquid and verapamil both reduced the levels of plasma E T (P <005) and C E C (P <001) in acute myocardial ischemia rats, and alleviated the pathological changes of myocardium. Verapamil plasma C G R P was lower than the model control group (P <0 05). Yixin oral solution group and verapamil group of the above three indicators no significant difference. Conclusion: Yixin oral liquid preconditioning can relieve the injury of myocardium and vascular endothelial cells and regulate the imbalance of E T and C G R P secretion during acute myocardial ischemia.
