复方龙葵合剂在一定剂量浓度下,以体外台盼兰拒染法显示对人鼻咽癌细胞CNE-2及人胃癌细胞MGC-803有显著的生长抑制作用。以MTT法试验对人鼻咽癌细胞的CNE-2有显著的抑制作用,且抑制率随药物浓度的增加而升高,而对人胃癌细胞MGC-803只有轻度的抑制作用。当复方龙葵合剂在60~160g生药/(kg·d)时,以体内试验对小鼠肝癌及小鼠肉瘤S-180均具有明显的抑制作用,抑瘤率分别为26.5%~56.2%及25.9%~56.9%,绝大多数试验统计学上有显著性差异。但量效关系尚不明显。
The compound Solanum kuriense mixture at a certain dose concentration showed a significant growth inhibition effect on human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell CNE-2 and human gastric cancer cell MGC-803 by in vitro trypan blue exclusion. The MTT assay showed significant inhibitory effect on CNE-2 in human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells, and the inhibition rate increased with the increase of drug concentration, but only slightly inhibited the human gastric cancer cell MGC-803. When the compound Long Kui mixture at 60 ~ 160g crude drug / (kg · d), in vivo experiments on mouse liver cancer and mouse sarcoma S-180 have a significant inhibitory effect, inhibition rate was 26.5% ~ 56 .2% and 25.9%-56.9%, the vast majority of the test statistically significant difference. However, the dose-effect relationship is not yet obvious.
