复方龙葵合剂在一定剂量浓度下，以体外台盼兰拒染法显示对人鼻咽癌细胞ＣＮＥ－２及人胃癌细胞ＭＧＣ－８０３有显著的生长抑制作用。以ＭＴＴ法试验对人鼻咽癌细胞的ＣＮＥ－２有显著的抑制作用，且抑制率随药物浓度的增加而升高，而对人胃癌细胞ＭＧＣ－８０３只有轻度的抑制作用。当复方龙葵合剂在６０～１６０ｇ生药／（ｋｇ·ｄ）时，以体内试验对小鼠肝癌及小鼠肉瘤Ｓ－１８０均具有明显的抑制作用，抑瘤率分别为２６．５％～５６．２％及２５．９％～５６．９％，绝大多数试验统计学上有显著性差异。但量效关系尚不明显。
The compound Solanum kuriense mixture at a certain dose concentration showed a significant growth inhibition effect on human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell CNE-2 and human gastric cancer cell MGC-803 by in vitro trypan blue exclusion. The MTT assay showed significant inhibitory effect on CNE-2 in human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells, and the inhibition rate increased with the increase of drug concentration, but only slightly inhibited the human gastric cancer cell MGC-803. When the compound Long Kui mixture at 60 ~ 160g crude drug / (kg · d), in vivo experiments on mouse liver cancer and mouse sarcoma S-180 have a significant inhibitory effect, inhibition rate was 26.5% ~ 56 .2% and 25.9%-56.9%, the vast majority of the test statistically significant difference. However, the dose-effect relationship is not yet obvious.
