我们采用与前文[见临床心电学杂志1992;1(2):58]相同的方法与对象,研究了563名献血员的QTc间期。测量方法:QT间期测量选用QRS波和T波振幅较高的导联(尤有q波导联),QTc间期采用Bazett方式计算,QTc=QT/R-R。献血员与非献血员年龄配对各200名,QTc间期分别为0.358±0.060与0.366±0.053(P>0.05);性别配对男各223名,QTc间期分别为0.369±0.064与0.361±0.049(P>0.05),女各133名,QTc间期分别为0.328±0.058与0.369±0.046(P<0.01);总献血量之间的QTc间期、≤5000ml的137名,>
We studied the QTc interval of 563 blood donors using the same methods and subjects as previously described [see Clinical Electrocardiology 1992; 1 (2): 58]. Measurement methods: QT interval measurement using QRS wave and T wave amplitude higher lead (especially q wave guide), QTc interval using Bazett way, QTc = QT / R-R. The QTc interval was 0.358 ± 0.060 and 0.366 ± 0.053 respectively (P> 0.05). There were 223 sex matched men with QTc intervals of 0.369 ± 0.064 and 0.361 ± 0.049 QTc interval was 0.328 ± 0.058 and 0.369 ± 0.046, respectively (P <0.01); QTc interval between the total blood donation, 137 out of 5000ml,
