班级是学校的一个基本单位,也是学生学习和生活的基本组织。班主任是班集体的组织者和教育者,是学生德、智、体、美等诸多方面发展的指导者和引导者。班级管理的真正目的就是千万百计地调动学生参与班级管理的主动性和积极性,使学生成为班集体的主导者,进而成为学习、生活和班务管理的主人。如何让班集体为学生发展提供一个更广阔的空间。可见在班级管理中运用技巧和方法显得尤为必要。
Class is a basic unit of the school, but also the basic organization for students to learn and live. Class teacher is the class organizer and educator, is the student moral, intellectual, physical, and many other aspects of the development of the mentor and guide.
