上海宝诺房地产开发有限公司成立至今还不到两年,是上海商业潮中的新生儿,然而在很短的时间内已取得了不凡的业绩。四方前来咨询的客户络绎不绝,对公司房产表现出强烈的兴趣,这与上海近期较为萧条的房地产市场形成了鲜明的对比。怀着职业的敏感心,我特地走访了宝诺公司的董事长兼总经理杨保林先生。 杨保林于1963年出生于广东省湛江市。年青时由于家境贫困,高中毕业后辍学,肩负起抚养一家的重担。虽说家庭底子不好,然而他却不等不靠,自谋出路。开始时在家乡做推销员,后单身赴深圳在一家建筑公司工地上做施工员,一做就是几年。每每谈及这段经历,杨保林不无感慨地说:“那时确是很苦,但还是挺过来了,我在那段时间里学会了很多,这已成了我一笔可观的财富了”。拿当推销员来说吧,一开始业绩很糟,完全不是我想象中的景况,每当介绍产品时不是有人对我打呵欠,就是对我很不耐烦,真是沮丧极了。慢慢地,我明白了问题的所在——我该学的不是如何推销产品,而是如何不让他人影响我。我不断从中总结教训,也不断把心得推销出去,以后我竞能日日丰收。”更为不易的是在深圳的几年打工生涯中,杨保林还抽空自学了房地产经营管理专业、工业与民用建筑专业,为他以后打下了扎实的基础。

It was very frustrating when someone introduced me to the product, not someone yawning at me or impatient with me. Slowly, I understand the problem - I should not learn how to sell the product, but how to let others affect me. I constantly sum up lessons learned, but also continue to sell their ideas out, after which I was competing to harvest every day.
