建国以来,我国木材生产机械化水平有了很大提高,在东北、内蒙古林区已广泛使用拖拉机集材,大大提高了木材生产的劳动生产率。但是,由于某些地区还存在着单打一、一刀切等做法,单纯追求机械化生产,因而加剧了森林资源的过量消耗和严重浪费。所以,应根据不同山型的具体条件,合理启用一部份马套子来顶替拖拉机集材,既能完成木材生产任务,又能减少森林资源的消耗和浪费,保持生态平衡。
Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the mechanization level of wood production in our country has been greatly improved. Tractor skidding has been widely used in northeastern and Inner Mongolia forest areas, greatly improving the labor productivity of wood production. However, since there are still some forms of single-country, nation-wide and other forms of sanctions in some areas, the pursuit of mechanized production alone has exacerbated the excessive consumption and serious waste of forest resources. Therefore, should be based on the specific conditions of different mountain-type, rational use of a portion of the boot to replace tractor skidding, both to complete the task of timber production, but also reduce the consumption of forest resources and waste, to maintain ecological balance.
