目前用测定汽车坐椅传给乘员的振动量的大小来评价汽车的行驶乎顺性比较普遍。但是它与人的主观感觉评价相比较,往往出现一些矛盾,同一个确定的振动量,不同的人对它的感觉不一样,或不同的人有同样感觉的振动量却是不完全一样,所以用精确的评价指标来反映人对振动的感觉是不够完善的。本文提出在乎顺性研究中,把环境一车辆一人视为一个复杂系统,用模糊分析方法进行评价以便得到与实际情况更接近一些的结果。作者对DD—680大客车进行了平顺性道路试验,同时测定了四种座椅上传给人的振动量,并记录了人对振动的主观感觉。分析试验结果表明,在两个振动量级接近时不同人对振动的感觉是相同的,这一特点称为模糊重叠作用,用模糊数学方法研究了这一作用的特性,得到了模糊重叠作用的隶属度表达式,并根据人在四种座椅上主观感觉对比试验的结果,用对比平均法处理后,求得了具体的模糊重叠作用的隶属度值,对改进现有平顺性的评价方法作了探讨。
