我科于1993年至1996年间对110例儿童秋季腹泻采用ORS液合并中药治疗,取得良好效果,现报告如下。 临床资料 全部患儿160例,为每年 10—12月间的门诊或门诊观察病房患儿。均为轻度等渗脱水,大便呈水样或蛋花汤样;大便检查无脓细胞,无血细胞或仅偶见。病程不超过3天,就诊前未用过止泻药物,血象中白细胞总数<10.0X10VL,中性粒细胞比例<0.50。诊断参照中国腹泻病诊断治疗方案(临床儿科杂志1994;12(3):148)。分为两组。治疗组110例,男65例,女45
