图书馆基层图书馆系统的主体和基础,是开放的社会服务的最前沿,最直接的是广大人民群众与文献信息资源的最主要的社会保障机制。如何使我国的基层图书馆的建设与发展适应时代的要求是一个亟待解决的问题。本文从课题研究的背景入手,首先详细的阐述了基层图书馆的基本定位,然后分析了基层图书馆事业面临的发展机遇,最后重点的提出了基层图书馆事业可持续发展的应运之策。
The main body and foundation of the library’s primary library system is the forefront of open social services. The most direct one is the most important social security mechanism of the general public and the documentary information resources. How to adapt the construction and development of our country’s grass-roots library to the demands of the times is an urgent problem to be solved. Starting from the background of the research, this paper first elaborates on the basic orientation of grassroots library, and then analyzes the opportunities for the development of grassroots library. Finally, it puts forward the countermeasures for the sustainable development of grassroots library.
