本文研究了利用模拟单参数表面粗糙度轮廓仪和微型机建立多参数表面粗糙度数字化测量系统的方法。所建立的测量系统具有较强和较灵活的测量功能,能够测量目前常见的各种表面粗糙度和波度参数。分析了R_a的测量精度及影响S_m和S测量结果的主要测量条件,并且认为必须尽快建立起数字化表面粗糙度多参数测量系统的测量规范。
In this paper, a method of establishing a multi-parameter surface roughness digital measurement system by simulating a single-parameter surface roughness profiler and a microcomputer is studied. The established measurement system has a strong and flexible measurement function, able to measure a variety of common surface roughness and wave parameters. The measurement accuracy of R_a and the main measurement conditions that affect the S_m and S measurement results are analyzed. The measurement specification of the digital multi-parameter surface roughness measurement system must be established as soon as possible.
