习近平总书记在全国组织工作会议上提出,要选贤任能、用当其时,知人善任、人尽其才,着力培养选拔党和人民需要的好干部。各级党委组织部门是贯彻落实习近平总书记要求,执行党管干部原则、承担选人用人职责的重要职能部门。组工干部具体负责党的干部、组织、人才工作,是我们党的干部队伍中的一支重要力量。
General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward at the organizing and working conference of the whole country that he should choose his elite and make the right appointment, use his time, be good at people, make the best of his ability, and strive to train good cadres who are required by the party selection and the people. Party committees and departments at all levels are the important functional departments that implement the requirements of General Secretary Xi Jinping, carry out the principle of party management and cadres and assume the duties of selecting and employing personnel. The cadres and organizations and talents working as group cadres in charge of the party are an important force in the cadre ranks of our party.
