中国控制吸烟协会成立于1990年,是全国最早的、也是唯一的专业控烟非政府组织。协会成立以来,在组织建设、学术研究、控烟活动和对外交流等多个领域取得重大进展。2003年11月,中国政府代表在联合国总部签署了世界卫生组织《烟草控制框架公约》(以下简称《公约》),该《公约》是一份以证据为基础的第一部国际公共卫生法规,它强调各缔约方必须认真履行《公约》条款,让所有人民享有最高健康水平的权利。2005
The China Smoking Control Association was established in 1990 and is the nation’s first and only professional smoke control NGO. Since its establishment, the Association has made significant progress in organizational construction, academic research, tobacco control activities and foreign exchange. In November 2003, a Chinese government representative signed the World Health Organization Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (hereinafter referred to as the “Convention”) at the United Nations Headquarters. The Convention is an evidence-based first international public health regulation. It emphasized that the parties must seriously implement the provisions of the Convention and give all people the right to the highest level of health. 2005
