采用MTT试验法,评价了不同结构类型的石蒜科25种生物碱对鼠性非肿瘤细胞系LMTK,人肿瘤细胞系Molt4和HepG2的细胞毒活性,并与硫酸长春新碱进行了比较。结果见附表。
MTT assay was used to evaluate the cytotoxic activity of 25 alkaloids of different structure types of Amaryllidaceae on the mouse non-tumor cell line LMTK, human tumor cell lines Molt4 and HepG2, and compared with vincristine sulfate. The results are given in the attached table.
