阿普唑仑(Alpsayolam、甲基三唑安定)是一种新型安眠镇静药物,1985年国内研制成功。该药具有安眠、镇静、抗癫痫的作用,用于治疗焦虑不安、恐惧、顽固性失眠、癫痫等症,效果显著优于其它安定类药物。本品的一次用量为0.4～0.8mg,很适宜制成奏效快、成本低、使用携带方便的膜剂。1987年我们制成阿普唑仑膜剂,临床应用效果较好,现将制备及含量测定方法等介绍如下。处方阿普唑仑微粒4g;聚乙烯醇(PVA-17～88)100g;二氧化钛2.5g;甘油1.5g;糖精0.08g;蒸馏水适量;制成膜10000格。
Alprazolam (Alpsayolam, methyl triazepam) is a new hypnotic sedative drug, developed in 1985 in China. The drug has a sleeping, sedating, anti-epileptic effect, for the treatment of anxiety, fear, intractable insomnia, epilepsy embolism, the effect is significantly better than other stability drugs.
