The authors used a double-blind, placebo-controlled trial of 48 healthy male volunteers to study the pharmacokinetics of oral flufenoxacin in six doses. Six different doses were 200, 400, 600 mg / 12 hours and 400, 600, 800 mg / 8 hours. Six patients in each of the six groups took the medication, 2 took placebo, took 10 consecutive days and took 1 additional morning on the 11th day. On the 1st, 5th and 11th day after taking the drug, the concentration of amifloxacin in plasma and urine was measured by high pressure liquid chromatography. Experiments show that the concentration of amoxicillin reaches a steady state on the fifth day.
