综合仪表试验台是我段自制的一台非标设备,它用于校验内燃机车和蒸汽机车上的各种仪表,如:机车速度表、柴油机转速表、电流表、电压表、一次或二次温度表、一次或二次压力表等,以保证机车上各种仪表的正确指示。该试验台包括转速系统、电表系统、温度系统和压力系统等共四部分。各系统都分别采用了较先进的电子技术。经过运用,证明性能良好,达到了预期的效果。一、综合仪表试验台系统总图试验台采用一个数字电压表作母表,实现对机车上各种仪表的校验。
