文章阐述了为适应社会经济水平的发展、医学模式的转变和社会需求的变化，进行四年创护理教育的必要性．分析了在现有三年制护理教育的基础上进行四年制护理教育所存在的问题，认为这一改革主要涉及的问题是师资、教材和实习基地的问题．全篇从不同的侧面论述了海南卫校进行四年制护理教育的必要性，并就四年创护理教育主要涉及的问题分析了海市卫校所具备的条件、存在的问题及可能的解决办法．认为海市卫校进行四年制护理教育有足够的理由与条件．
The article expounds the necessity of carrying out four-year nursing education in order to adapt to the development of social and economic levels, changes in medical models, and changes in social needs. It analyzes the problems existing in the four-year nursing education on the basis of the existing three-year nursing education, and believes that the main problems involved in this reform are the problems of teachers, teaching materials and practice bases. The whole chapter discusses the necessity of four-year nursing education in Hainan Health School from different aspects, and analyzes the conditions, existing problems and possible solutions to the problems involved in the four-year nursing education. It is considered that there are sufficient reasons and conditions for the four-year nursing education in Haishu Health School.
