进入二十一世纪以来,国际竞争愈演愈烈,促使人们树立终身学习的理念。终身学习作为促进个人和社会长久发展的重要理念,在全面构建全民学习、终身学习的学习型社会趋势下,是一项非常值得研究的重要课题。本文以日本公民馆的发展为例,在总结日本终身教育发展特点的基础上,借鉴其发展经验,提出四点对我国终身教育发展的启示。
Since entering the 21st century, the international competition has intensified, prompting people to establish the concept of lifelong learning. Lifelong learning, as an important concept to promote the long-term development of individuals and society, is an important topic worth studying under the trend of a learning society that has established an all-people learning and lifelong learning system. Taking the development of Japanese public hall as an example, on the basis of summing up the characteristics of the development of lifelong learning in Japan and drawing lessons from its development experience, this paper puts forward four enlightenments for the development of lifelong education in our country.
