随着高等教育大众化向前推进,我国高校也在不断更新教育理念与管理方法,导师制的实施在很大程度上适应了新时期人才培养的需要,但从实际情况看,其实施与操作中也存在诸多问题。为了解“全程导师制”实施中导师的工作情况,采用质性叙事研究方法对学生进行深入访谈,以期描绘与说明导师制中学生的真实面貌。
