目的了解2008级师专新生心理健康状况,探讨心理健康与一般自我效能感及应对方式的关系。方法对河北沧州师专2008级521名新生进行心理健康(UPI)、一般自我效能感、应对方式问卷调查。结果521份有效问卷中,最高分为50分,最低分为0分,平均分为(15.11±9.45)分;在心理健康状况的3种类型中,属于第1,2,3类的大学生分别有103,127,289人,占总数的20%,24%,56%;师专新生心理健康问题发生率为44%;不同性别及生源地、是否独生子女的学生之间心理健康水平差异无统计学意义;不同心理健康水平的新生一般自我效能感、应对方式的差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);新生的心理健康与应对方式、一般自我效能感均呈正相关(r=0.23,0.21,P<0.001);自我效能感、应对方式对心理健康有预测作用。结论可以通过对新生应对方式技能和一般自我效能感训练来提高大学生心理健康水平。
Objective To understand the mental health status of freshmen in 2008 grade and explore the relationship between mental health and general self-efficacy and coping style. Methods A total of 521 freshmen from Cangzhou Teachers College in Hebei Province were enrolled in the questionnaire survey on mental health (UPI), general self-efficacy and coping styles. Results Among the 521 valid questionnaires, the highest score was 50, the lowest score was 0, and the average score was (15.11 ± 9.45). Among the 3 types of mental health status, the students who belonged to category 1, There are 103,127,289 people, accounting for 20%, 24%, 56% of the total; the incidence of psychological health problems of freshmen in teachers’ colleges is 44%; there is no significant difference in the mental health among students of single- There was a significant difference in freshmen’s general self-efficacy and coping styles at different mental health levels (P <0.001). There was a positive correlation between freshmen’s mental health and coping style and general self-efficacy (r = 0.23,0.21, P <0.001) ); Self-efficacy, coping style of mental health have a predictive effect. Conclusion The mental health of college students can be improved through the training of freshmen coping skills and general self-efficacy.
