三、铁素体球墨铸铁的低温脆性(一)铁素体球墨铸铁低温脆性的评定近二十年来,许多国家都发生过各种结构件由于温度降低而引起的严重破坏事故。通过对低温破坏的断口进行分析,发现断口为穿晶断口,其断裂面沿着α铁立方体的(100)面或晶界断裂。在其它情况下,金属材料也可能产生韧性断裂,出现纤维断口(断裂面与最大张力方向垂直)或剪切断口(断裂面与切应力方向平行)。近年来金属材料低温脆性的研究工作得到了迅速的发展。
