随着塑料工业的发展,以塑代木的产品日益增多,注射模正在朝着精密化、大型化、自动化方向发展。塑料制品在生产中,模具的设计和制造是一个重要环节,其设计是否合理,对制品的性能、外观质量、模具寿命、制品修整、注射操作效率等方面起着重大的影响。下面就我厂为上海无线电三十二厂开制的一副净重3.2吨SH47-1型47厘米(19时)全频道黑白电视机面框大型塑料模具的设计和研制、加工工艺谈些体会:
With the development of the plastics industry, the plastic injection molding products are increasing day by day. The injection molds are moving towards precision, large-scale and automation. Plastic products in the production, the mold design and manufacturing is an important part of its design is reasonable, the product performance, appearance quality, mold life, product trimming, injection operation efficiency and other aspects of a significant impact.
