物理是一门以实验为基础的自然科学,物理实验以其直观性、形象性、感官性、惊奇性为学生认识物理、了解物理提供了极其丰富的感观信息。在新课程标准下的物理课堂,教学情境是教学的重要元素,巧用实验设置情境,引导学生动手进行实验、参与实验、观察实验,在实验情境中分析实验现象、探究物理规律,验证物理定律。可见,物理实验已不再是课堂教学的辅助措施,而是成为贯穿于整个教学的重要手段,巧用物理实验
