创新人才培养是我国高等教育的重要任务。通过对理工科创新人才实验班的学习者因素调查,发现该班学生的情感因素与其他学生之间没有显著差异,在学习策略的运用方面则显著优于其他学生。然而,创新人才实验班的学生在学习策略方面的优势并没有完全转化为更好的英语学习效果。大学英语应该通过分级教学、多维空间教学和培养学生的自主学习能力来提高创新人才英语学习效果。
Innovative Talent Training is an Important Task of Higher Education in Our Country. Through the survey of learner factors in experimental class of science and engineering innovative talents, it is found that there is no significant difference between the emotional factors of this class and those of other students, and it is obviously superior to other students in the application of learning strategies. However, the advantages of students in the Innovative Talent Experimental Class in learning strategies have not been fully translated into better English learning outcomes. College English should improve the English learning of innovative talents by grading teaching, multidimensional space teaching and cultivating students’ autonomous learning ability.
