Postmenopausal pelvic masses are not uncommon in clinical practice, and they are of various types. Some of them are malignant tumors, which seriously threaten the health of elderly women and deserve enough attention. Now, 219 cases of postmenopausal pelvic masses confirmed by surgery and pathological examination from January 1992 to December 1996 in our hospital are analyzed as follows: 1.
