许多液压制动的车辆其制动盘调整孔上的橡胶塞常配置不齐。究其原因多为其体积小,拆装时易损坏与遗失,汽配商店因利润小,大多不经销。未装橡胶塞其制动蹄与鼓的磨损将明显加快。两前轮磨损超差过大还易造成行驶与制动跑偏。根据制动盘调整孔的外形尺寸,以TJ为例用一铁片制作并按装了一挡灰板。(如图示)使用时松开右侧螺栓,向上推开挡板、调毕压下挡板,拧紧螺栓即可。
