化工产品是我国实施反倾销措施的主要商品 ,反倾销终裁、调查和税率调整对反倾销的效果有不同表现。反倾销终裁的影响有 :进口原产地发生明显转移 ,进口价格呈上升态势 ,自倾销国进口价格仍低于其他原产国家 ,贸易方式向加工贸易转移。反倾销调查的影响有 :调查期间突击进口 ,进口平均价格有所上涨 ,进口平均价格先升后降。税率调整对反倾销产品的进口数量和价格都有影响。
Chemical products are the main products of anti-dumping measures in our country. The final anti-dumping duties, investigations and tax rate adjustments have different effects on the anti-dumping measures.
