目的:观察柴胡桂枝干姜汤治疗糖耐量异常(IGT)患者的临床疗效.方法:将64例IGT患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组32例,对照组32例,治疗组进行中医汤药柴胡桂枝干姜汤加上生活干预,对照组进行单纯的生活干预,观察两组治疗前后相关指标的变化,来评价上述方案对IGT患者的影响.结果:两组观察指标改善情况,治疗组优于对照组.结论:柴胡桂枝干姜汤治疗糖耐量异常疗效满意,且无不良反应.“,”Objective:To observe the clinical effect of using Chaihu Guizhi Ginger Decoction in the treatment impaired glucose tolerance (IGT).Methods:Sixty-four patients with IGT were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group.Among them,32patients in the treatment group and 32patients in the controlled group were treated with Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction and living intervention.The controlled group was treated with simple living intervention.Changes in the two groups of patients before and after treatment to evaluate the impact of these programs on IGT patients.Results:The improvement of the two groups was better than that of the controlled group.Conclusion:Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction is effective in treating impaired glucose tolerance and has no adverse reaction.
